Registration for 2025 Winter Breakfast Club

TUESDAY - Plymouth Ice Center - 6:30-7:30a

Thursday - Pagel ice center - 6:30-7:30a

Players are encouraged to wear full protective equipment but we understand that players may be going directly to school afterward with no shower.  At a minimum, players must wear helmet, gloves & skates with athletic warmup attire.   HS players can optionally choose to wear a helmet.  Player safety protocols will be discussed prior to each skate and strictly enforced.

This is individual skills only.  There will be no cardio component or contact between players.  Pace of drills will be maintained to ensure players remain in a comfort zone where we can keep focused on skills without fatigue. 

Skills:

Skating - Edgework and agility

Stickhandling - Expansion of reach, fakes, dekes and body positioning

Shooting - Receiving, wrist, snap & slap shot and one timers

Hockey IQ - Exploiting soft areas in offensive zone, board play, zone entries and attacking
